Rugby League TASS applications are now open.

To be a TASS athlete, you must be contracted to a professional Rugby League club, play Rugby League at university and be eligible to represent England Universities. And being a TASS athlete comes with a range of benefits.

As part of the continued partnership between the Rugby Football League and TASS, we are pleased to announce that the applications for TASS support in the 2017/18 academic year are now open.

To qualify for the TASS scheme, players must be:

  • Registered on an under or post-graduate course at a Rugby League-playing University
  • Be contracted to a professional Rugby League club (Super League, Championship, or League 1)
  • Be eligible to represent the England Universities squad

As a TASS athlete you will have access to:

  • S&C provision
  • Physio provision
  • Lifestyle coach
  • Medical Screening
  • Nutritional support
  • Psychology provision

If you believe you are eligible for a TASS place for Rugby League, please send your playing CV to Adam Hughes adam.hughes@rfl.co.uk or Tony Fretwell tony.fretwell@rfl.uk.com by Friday 18th August to be considered for an award in 2017/18.
